All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated by product(s) weight and size and displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Even our knives- There are select countries where we can ship our knives internationally. Please see the list of countries on our help center. If you live in a country that allows knives to be shipped to and its not on the list, please email me at info@knafs.com. You can also check out our Dealers page to find a dealer near you that carries our knives.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a shipment tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
