Knafs Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated by product(s) weight and size and displayed at checkout. 

Please note- if shipping to a PO Box, USPS is the only carrier available for fulfillment.

Our standard shipping method is USPS which has an average delivery time of  4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Please check your inbox for tracking information, as we will automatically send a tracking number to the email on file with the order. You can click here with USPS tracking numbers to track your package.

White knife posters are shipped in a 28” cardboard tube that requires additional shipping charges.  To avoid extra cost please consider ordering the folded poster.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a shipment tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping 

We now offer shipping for some of our products internationally. Due to international knife and pocket knife laws that vary from country to country, we do NOT ship our knives internationally. You can check out our Dealers page to find a dealer near you that carries our knives. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If applied, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

At this time, we ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Crimea Ukraine, Cuba, Haiti, Israel, Iran, Lous, Myanmar, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, French Southern Territories, Russia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.

Additionally:
Our international shipments typically take between 6 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and the specific shipping service selected.

Please note that customs processing and local postal services may affect delivery times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If there are no tracking updates, we kindly ask that you allow at least 14 business days from the last update before contacting us. This waiting period helps to account for any delays that may occur during transit or customs processing.

A few notes on international shipping. 

  • Buyer is responsible for all VAT, taxes, fees, and duties.
  • Buyer assumes all risk of customs seizure. Please check with your local, state, and country import policies before ordering.
  • Knafs is not liable for lost, stolen, confiscated, transferred, or unpaid tariff packages.
  • Packages may be transferred to a third-party carrier for final destination delivery.
  • USPS First Class International Mail will be transferred to Global Post Economy for delivery out of the US. We have no control over this transfer and USPS can not guarantee these packages will be tracked once they are out of their possession. To combat this Knafs may ship your package directly with Global Post Standard or an equivalent shipping speed that includes door-to-door tracking.
