Knafs Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated by product(s) weight and size and displayed at checkout. 

Please note- if shipping to a PO Box, USPS is the only carrier available for fulfillment.

Our standard shipping method is USPS which has an average delivery time of  4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Please check your inbox for tracking information, as we will automatically send a tracking number to the email on file with the order. You can click here with USPS tracking numbers to track your package.

White knife posters are shipped in a 28” cardboard tube that requires additional shipping charges.  To avoid extra cost please consider ordering the folded poster.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a shipment tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping 

Knafs offers international shipping for select products, including knives, to approved countries and regions. Due to varying import regulations and restrictions related to knives and other products, availability may differ by destination.

Approved Shipping Regions

We currently ship to many international destinations, including Canada, Australia, most European countries, and select countries in Asia and South America. Shipping availability is determined based on applicable laws, carrier restrictions, and import regulations.

At this time, we do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Crimea (Ukraine), Cuba, Haiti, Israel, Iran, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, French Southern Territories, Russia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, or any additional locations restricted by carrier or legal requirements.

Shipping Timeframes

International shipments typically arrive within 6–20 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing times, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that customs processing and local postal services may affect estimated delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

If tracking updates have stopped or there has been no movement on your package, please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from the last tracking update before contacting our customer service team. This waiting period helps account for delays that may occur during transit or customs processing.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

By placing an international order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The purchaser is solely responsible for all applicable value-added taxes (VAT), import taxes, duties, fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • The purchaser assumes all risk associated with customs clearance and customs seizure. Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all local, state, provincial, and national import laws and regulations before placing an order.
  • Knafs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, confiscated, delayed by customs, transferred between carriers, refused, or impacted by unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees.
  • International shipments may be transferred to a third-party carrier for final delivery.
  • USPS First-Class International shipments may be transferred to GlobalPost Economy or a comparable carrier for delivery outside of the United States. Tracking availability may vary once the package leaves USPS possession. To provide more consistent end-to-end tracking, Knafs may instead ship using GlobalPost Standard or a comparable service with similar delivery speed and tracking capabilities.

Alternative Purchasing Options

Customers may also purchase Knafs products through authorized dealers and distributors located worldwide.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to consumers located in the European Union, customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, customers may submit a withdrawal request through our designated online withdrawal process or contact our customer service team.

Customers exercising their right of withdrawal may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and where disclosed prior to purchase.

Certain products or orders may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including personalized or custom-made products.
