Knafs Return Policy
Thanks for supporting Knafs! We’re stoked you bought from our small business, but we also realize that you're sitting on a returns page so let's see if we can work this out together. Please read carefully through our returns policy:
We put returns into two types:
- Warranty –
- We stand behind our products. If you have a faulty product, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Read more about Warranty here.
- Returns –
- Got the wrong size? Hat doesn't fit? Knife color doesn’t match your Jordans? We gotchoo’. We allow returns for up to 30 days after your order. (SEE HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY BELOW).
- The product must be returned unused with all of the original packaging. You can fill out a RETURN REQUEST for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping.) We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- Returning an item that is damaged or without all original packaging will not receive a full refund and/or your refund will be denied.
- Engraved knives are sold as final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter any problems with the manufacturing of the knife, please refer to our Warranty Page
Holiday Return Policy
For the holiday season, we're extending our typical 30-day return policy. Any item purchased from November 15th to December 31st can be returned through January 31st. This gives you more time to make sure everything is just right.
Once you receive your return label, your product must be mailed within 14 days. So, once you get the label, it’s go time. Box it up. Tape the label on. Put it right back in your mailbox, amigos. USPS will pick it up. We’ll issue the refund (minus the cost of shipping) to your original payment method once the item arrives back to us. After 14 days, your return label will lapse and your return window closes.
The items you would like to return must have been purchased from Knafs.com directly. If you purchased from a dealer, please contact that dealer directly. If you are having a warranty issue, please visit our Warranty Policy page.
We don’t do exchanges. It’s cleaner to issue a refund and you can reorder.
We also don’t do international returns. Contact us at info@knafs.com for options. We’ll figure it out, but international is tricky.
To start your return, please do the following:

- Reply to your order confirmation email (or email us at info@knafs.com) and tell us your order number and which products you would like to return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that we send you via email
- Attach it to the return package and stick it straight in your mailbox- no need to go to the post office, amigo!
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund (minus the cost of shipping) will be processed within 10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. We'll do our best to move this process along quickly, and we appreciate your patience while we get 'er done.
- Returning an item that is damaged or without all original packaging will not receive a full refund and/or your refund will be denied.
We try to be fair here, but dont send us a knife we both know you have had a lot of fun with on your off roading trip.
Late or missing refunds
You should see a refund within 10 business days. If you dont see it after 10 days, please contact your bank to see if the deposit is on its way. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Promotion Policy
Promotions and discounts offered by Knafs are only applicable to purchases made during the specified promotional period.
- Eligibility: To qualify for any promotional discount, your purchase must be completed within the dates and times specified for the promotion.
- Exclusions: Purchases made prior to the start or after the end of the promotional period are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments.
- Returns and Exchanges: If you wish to take advantage of a promotion for an item you have already purchased, you may purchase the item again at the promotional price and return the original item for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
