THE Lander 4 Brass Booster Bead

This is a bead created for the Lander 4, but can work on any knife! The design mimics the Saturn V rocket boosters and pairs well with a smoke trail paracord lanyard (snake knot). Available in brass, copper, or titanium.

I spent a glorious day at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida last year, and I walked away inspired. The textures. The machinery. The risk! It was so cool to see the old school space program and all its artifacts up close. I took fragments of those ideas, and we injected them into the Lander 4. In particular, the brass lanyard bead is an interpretation of the Rocketdyne F-1 rocket engine that blasted the Saturn V out of Earth's atmosphere and on to the Moon. It's a little nod to the engineers, chemists, machinists, and the 160 million horsepower engine that took humans to the Moon.
